Kimberly Martin

As President and Chief Executive, Kim is responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of the entire portfolio of management and construction teams.  As part of this responsibility, Kim is focused on making sure that the goals and objectives of the investors, clients, employees, and business partners are satisfied. Kim has successfully completed development and rehabilitation of over 5,000 units at a total of investment of over $300 million. 
  
Kim holds the designation of HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional), SCS (Site Compliance Specialist), C3P (Certified Credit Compliance Professional), National Apartment Leasing Agent (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Tax Credit Specialist.

Tom  Scott

Chairman Emeritus

Tom founded Core in 1991 and retired from full time day to day activities in 2018.  He remains intimately involved in the oversight of all of Core’s activities and actively participates in the ongoing acquisition, disposition, development and management of the company’s affiliated properties and partnerships.  He provides both financial and guaranty support for many of the company’s activities and is the primary investor in many of the projects still in the portfolio.

Toni Grisaffi

Chief Financial Officer 

Toni holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and has 25 years of corporate accounting experience. She has been part of the CORE family since 2005.  She is responsible for the company’s financial operations including accounting, audit, corporate finance, cash management, payroll, investor relations in addition to Human Resources services.  She works closely with Tom and Kim and the entire CORE team to ensure the company’s health and growth.

Melissa Snyder

Property Supervisor 


Melissa joined the CORE team in July 2014.  She has over twenty-five years of experience in property management.  Melissa has worked with conventional class A luxury apartment homes to affordable housing.  At CORE she is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of on-site management for the Texas portfolio, developing marketing plans for lease-ups, budgeting and expense control, all compliance programs and state reporting for Texas properties.  Other duties include the ongoing training of all property managers and leasing staff.  
 
Melissa holds the designation of National Apartment Leasing Agent (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM).

Martha Oyervidez

Compliance 

Martha began her career in property management in 2000 as a maintenance coordinator with Sumar Realty and quickly climbed the ladder to Property Manager.  In 2010, Martha joined CORE Management Group bringing experience and knowledge from well-known national multifamily firms such as The Fingers Companies and Cres Management.  Martha joined the Compliance Department where she oversees the current day-to-day operations.
 
Martha has her Tax Credit Specialist designation from the National Center of Housing Management, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.

 

David Hoff at Core Management Group in Spring, Texas

David T. Hoff

Director of Project Development  

David is responsible for the project development and renovation activities for CORE Management Group.  He directs the architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and affiliate disciplines for each of CORE’s projects and interfaces with all governmental approvals for construction.   After graduating from Texas A & M University in 1983 with a building construction degree, David has served for over 35 years in the construction and development profession including residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. He has constructed over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial projects, multi-family apartments and single-family homes including both new and re-development projects.
